| How to place your order with us.. |

| You can place an order using our online trolley or we also accept phone and fax orders. Below is a step by step guide that will help you complete your online order using our online trolley. (Please Note) Our online trolley uses pop up's. Please disable any pop up blocking software installed on your computer as this will cause error's when trying to View, Edit, Add, or Delete. We only use window pop ups for this purpose only. |

| 1, Create your free account |
| In order to use our online trolley function you will need to complete and submit the registration form. To register click here. Creating a free account also entitles you to future discounts and member only specials. |

| 2, Browse Products |
|
Browse our wide range of products from our products page. When your ready to add the item to your trolley select how many of the item/s you wish to purchase by typing the amount into the Quantity Field and click the 'Add Items To Trolley' button as shown in the image below.

| 3, Trolley Screen |
| If your pop up software has been disabled you will now see the trolley displaying your current order. You can also remove items from your trolley by clicking the red X and by clicking the 'Clear Trolley ' button. If your ready to order click 'Send Order' |

| 4, Order Confirmation |
|
The next screen ask's you to confirm your details, shipping address and payment details. When all information is entered correctly if you wish to pay using Paypal then click on the "pay by cheque" your order is now ready to be sent.

| 5, Order Sent |
|
The system will now send you an e-mail to confirm that your order has been recieved.
What Happens Now ?
|
| Before we charge to your credit card we obtain an accurate price for shipping. The cost of shipping depends on the weight of the item and where the item is being shipped. We will notify you of the total cost and either deduct the cost from your Credit Crad if provided or send you an email with a simple ption to pay through Paypal.. |
